Friendly staff, freshly made to order, delicious.
We had the Cajun chicken and chicken bacon shambo - the coleslaw on the sandwich was surprisingly good.

You can always count on O'Briens for a delicious toastie or a nice salad. I thought the young women serving were a bit off hand. Very little interaction with people, not friendly, just there to do the job. Which is fine, but the service in this particular O'Briens did not really impress. I had to clear and wipe the table myself. All 3 wonen saw me using a tissue to clean the table, but nobody came with a cloth and disinfectant to help me. When I brought my plate and cup after my lunch, they ignored me and did not even say "thank you" or "goodbye". Some small acknowledgement would have been nice. Customers are not just numbers, we are people

I was in here for coffee and a sandwich. My sandwich was freshly made and delicious. The coffee was lovely. The weather was very bad and it was warm and cosy inside. Staff are friendly. The toilet needs work on the walls.
